Dinner

and to answer all the questions..

We are using disney transportation only

and we're also looking for a regular one credit table diner experience
(we are on the regular dining plan and we plan to have seated dinner every night)

Also, the restaurants missing from the list are not currently listed on the 2011 dining plan, hence why I didn't include them

Based on the criteria of dinner & quiet then I would choose Sanaa or The Wave.

Not on the list but I would pick Shula'a in the Dolphin, of those on the list I would pick Boma.
