Idiot gets banned from WDW for repeatedly displaying signs

The guest was told before not to do it and was temporary banned and yet does it a 2nd time.
Doesn't matter what the sign said he should be banned, as was told not to do it again.

It was the same safety argument, which I saw their point. It can fly out and hit someone behind me.

Safety issues aside, it's also extremely inconsiderate to any other guests riding along with you who don't want to look at your stupid banner or have it prominently displayed in their ride photo.

This is precisely why I abhor entertainment and politics mixing together. I won't watch SNL, I won't watch an award show and I don't like people who think the world revolves around politics.

so... the Legend of Sneezy:
There was a creepy middle aged "Chris Hansen WHERE ARE YOU?!" annual passholder who frequents the parks
asking for female cast members to sneeze on him.
He was pretty unapologetic about it.
He was always dressed 100% how you'd imagine
(40+ years old, tourist t-shirt that was tucked into cargo jean shorts, tall white socks, white bulky sneakers)
and he STILL is constantly in the parks.
How is Flag Idiot banned but Sneeze Fetish isn't?
