I wish Disney World had ______ dining experience

So frustrated. I really wanted to book a character meal for this trip, but there are no character experiences that either of my sons wants to go to. Their favorite characters are Buzz, Woody, The Incredibles, basically all the Pixar characters. With the popularity of these characters and with Incredibles 2 coming out, why isn't there a Pixar dining experience? Does anyone else agree with this? Are there any other experiences you wish they had?

First off, I admit that I am not a fan of character meals whatsoever, and I don't wish there to be more of them. However, I don't see why more characters can't be made available at some of the existing meals, where thematically appropriate. (For example, Hollywood & Vine could feature Disney, Jr.! characters at breakfast and Pixar characters at lunch and dinner.) Also, newer princesses Tiana, Rapunzel and Merida (and maybe even Mulan) should all be added to the "princess rotation" at Cinderella's Royal Table. If that means WDW has to start sending 6 or 7 princesses through the dining room instead of 4 to make people happy, so be it -- for the price guests are paying to dine at CRT, they deserve the creme de la creme of character experiences.

Finally, if Akershus has to be a princess buffet, I wish they'd replace all of the current princesses (who have no business in Norway) with the Frozen princesses, revamp the menu to be authentically Scandinavian, and work in Olaf and Sven animatronics somewhere.

Disney-MGM had a Hunchback Buffet years ago. I enjoyed the Villains Buffet at 1900 PF, again years ago. Why not split the options at venues that already provide character meals.

CRT ... split the princesses between the meals; there are 11 or 12 of them now...maybe make dinner at princess and prince
Akerhaus ... Frozen (Anna, Elsa, Kristoff) ... if more is needed, then add in Little Mermaid
1900 PF ... Breakfast (Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, etc...) Dinner (Villains)
Hollywood & Vine ... Breakfast (Pixar); Lunch (Disney Jr.); Dinner (Star Wars) -OR- rework some of the CS restaurants and leave Hollywood & Vine alone; Backlot Express becomes at Star Wars/Indian Jones Dinner Buffet (CS the rest of the day); Studio Catering becomes Pixar Dinner Buffet

My sister just said she'd like to see at least one stand in the WS dedicated to vegetarians instead of having to order the same dish at every restaurant or having a special dish made.

...a TS meal in Epcot for the US showcasing the diverse cuisines, cultures, and hot spots across the country.

I LOVE this idea. My family recently saw something like this in practice when we visited the Museum of the American Indian in Washington, D.C., and dined at their restaurant (the Mitsitam Cafe). You ordered your food at one of four stations -- one each for the regional cuisines of the Southwest, Northeast, Northwest, and Mesoamerica. The food options were diverse, freshly-prepared, presented in an upscale style, and quite amazing. (My family members enjoyed everything from roasted salmon and bison to rice pilaf with cherries and celery root salad.)

I don't see why the United States pavilion couldn't offer a TS restaurant with a menu built around a similar idea (perhaps with a prix fixe menu where each "course" offers at least one choice from each region), featuring the best of Eastern, Southwestern, Midwestern, Southern and Pacific cuisines. We have so much more to offer than burgers, fries and Ceasar salads! It's sad that our international visitors to the U.S. pavilion don't get to see that.

I wish Disney had "More Adult Only" Dining Experiences.

I wish Disney had "True Signature" Dining Experiences. Sans V&A which is amazing, you really don't have true signature dining in the area.

I wish Disney had a GastroPub Dining Experience so I could drink & eat

I have been saying for years Disney needs a pirate themed character meal in the Veranda Restaurant or a Toy Story themed meal in the Diamond Horseshoe. I would also love to see a top notch Brazilian Churrascaria on property.
