Universal has been doing this by limiting it to unannounced enclosed spaces (most recently with Us at HHN).

So Mark wandering into Savi’s instead of the Yoda voice over? Daisy stepping in to do a live briefing on the Alcatraz mission instead of the video? Boyega being aboard the troop transport? Oscar working on his X-wing in the queue?

It’s doable without destroying crowd flow entirely.

Starting Dec 3rd and going through Dec 6th, there will be multiple events occurring at Hollywood Studios for the Rise of the Resistance opening. The big media event will be on Dec 3rd, but other events will likely be open to the public. There will be quite a few special things happening.

I also hear that some of the walk around characters may look surprisingly accurate for short, random times.

I saw it yesterday and assumed it was staging for some Christmas decorations or how they used to build those for the cheerleaders. It didnt appear to be any larger than their usual tents.

I saw a little of the plans today for the ride opening. Let's just say if you are going to it, you may want to wear a Tie. They want everyone on their best behavior, so they will not allow any Fighters in. And no matter now boring it is, they don't want any Boeing. You just need to sit there and listen to the bigwigs Drone on.

As for the Size Of the stage, I have no idea, but I am sure it will be A good show. You will be in awe until you get in your Car and have to go home.
