I can't watch ride videos

HI guys. Ok every time i try to watch a ride video and log in it doesnt recognise my username and password. I then click on the link under it where you can put in a password you want to use on the main site and i try a new one and again it doesnt recognize it. If anyone else is having this problem or has can you help me out? Thanks a bunch.:wave:

I believe you have to be a paying member to see the videos.
