Besides Jimbo, I know at least three members on this forum who solemnly swore that this Hulk refurb was going to be the beginning of a complete revamp of the Marvel island to reflect more on the MCU version of the characters with an Avengers E-ticket on the horizon. After reading and watching the exclusive content Universal put out, I just don't see it nor was it mentioned.Unless the people in question command a large salary on the resort's payroll, they were never in the know, they were only in the "I like to think I know." Some just have a tendency to forget that. For example, the post directly above mine.
I think the issue with plus sized seats is capacity. For arguments sake let's say one row is plus sized or one bench on FJ that's capacity that can't be used if there's no plus sized people. Just a thought though.
They areI'm not sure if I've ever seen or used one of these "plus sized seats", but I would imagine they're designed in such a way that an average sized person could still use them. I could be wrong, but I don't see them cutting capacity like that.

Looks like it will be pretty awesome!
Do you doubt the knowledge of Jimmy "Universal Creative Team" Thick?Wrong...again
I think so. It will say above the air gates in the queue which seats are larger. I forget the terminology they use. My best male friend is 6' and 300 lbs and he always uses those seats on Hulk, Dragon Challenge and Rip Ride Rocket. On RRR we always ask the cast member for the larger seats. I forget which row it is but because loading is different I don't think it is marked. I was in one of those seats beside him on RRR and it felt a lot looser on me than a regular seat, may have been all I my head but it made for an interesting ride.I'm not sure if I've ever seen or used one of these "plus sized seats", but I would imagine they're designed in such a way that an average sized person could still use them. Good for you! Keep going, hard work pays off!!!!I hope there are plus sized seats, I've been working out like crazy trying to get into shape for this one and the forbidden journey
I'm keeping this for future use!!!! BEST.ANSWER.EVER.Unless the people in question command a large salary on the resort's payroll, they were never in the know, they were only in the "I like to think I know." Some just have a tendency to forget that. For example, the post directly above mine.
That's exactly what I was thinking on the way up!RRR is the WRONG attraction to feel like you're in a "looser" seat - particularly during the vertical lift hill

People keep saying this, but why? It looks very much like the Hulk in the modern films. That statue of the Hulk looks weird.
The coloring and facial expression are weird.People keep saying this, but why? It looks very much like the Hulk in the modern films.
He looks angry and green... seems appropriate to me.The coloring and facial expression are weird.
Being green and angry are not the issue, it is the how those are accomplished. Being reflective means there will not be a consistent are and other colors will get mixed into the intended image. The face reads more like a forced grimace than anger. The whole pose looks far too static. He looks angry and green... seems appropriate to me.
the statue is shiny and reflecting the sky. Also that photo seems to have a filter on it which might be making it look more weird.
