HS > Trattoria al Forno > Epcot in a morning?

Hi! I’m planning a trip in September. I currently have a reservation for the Bon Voyage breakfast at 8am, and am planned to spend the rest of the day in Epcot as soon as I finish breakfast. I’m definitely trying to get the most out of my trip(and my park hopper!), and during this time is when Hollywood Studios will have EMH starting at 6am. Would it be doable to catch some time at HS during the EMH and make it to my 8am res at Trattoria al forno? How early are you expected to arrive at reservations, and what’s the quickest way to travel from HS to this restaurant? Would the time I’d have to spend in HS even be worth it?
Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask but this does influence how I plan my trip hahah!! Thanks in advance for any advice!!

If you don't have an issue with walking, the walk between Epcot and HS can take a healthy adult traveling at a leisurely pace approximately 20 mins to half an hour. I'd say that's your most reliable mode of transportation, that way you aren't relying on the Disney buses. Granted, map your route out ahead of time so you don't get lost!

You can show up for your reservation however many minutes beforehand, but I always like to get there at least ten minutes early.

We are doing something similar with Rope Drop at HS at 6 am and then Askerhaus at 8 am, we were going to take the skyway but it wont be open yet in Sept when we are there, so we are planning on driving over to the Beach and Yacht Club and parking there to go to breakfast, I think that will be quicker than going thru the regular parking at Epcot. Now before some of you start saying you can't do that, we have been doing it for years and the guards at the gate always let us in, so it must be ok, or we have just been luck every time we have done it, and yes we tell them what we are doing, we do not lie to gain entrance

Things will be a lot busier once GE opens. I would expect things to change and parking to be strictly controlled at the Epcot resorts.

The lines getting into HS will be way long - even on EMH. If you have a bag then it takes even longer. You can walk between HS and BoardWalk where Trattoria is in about 20 minutes and this would be the quickest way. You might get in one ride at HS - probably not in Star Wars Land though. Why not make a later breakfast reservation and then walk to Epcot which would give you plenty of time if you stay all day.
