How strict is the 48inch rule at CBR kids splash area

My 2 year old son will be splashing in there for sure, but my daughter who will be turning 6 soon is tall for her age and probably close to 50 inches. She will be too scared to do the bigger slides and will want to be with her bro, so how strict are they with the height rule? She is well behaved and not pushy but I can understand they dont want older kids taking over the slide

No idea what the official position is, but my experience has been that the 48" rule is more like a guideline. As long as you kid is acting like a kid and not causing problems I seriously doubt there will be an issue.

My son was 9 at the time and was just over the 50". He played happily with his little brother. Think it is more about minding little ones and behaving sensibly as @Master Yoda says.

This is not the same as the ride height restrictions. It may be that some of the features could crack her in the head and to be careful. If she is not pushing little kids down, there is no problem.
