I went to Universal a couple years ago and was a little surprised at how "disheveled" their employees were in comparison to Disney. What I mean by that is that the uniforms appeared far less standard than Disney's, i.e., different shoes, shirts tucked in/out, etc. It gave me an appreciation for what Disney accomplished.

I'd prefer that cast members not have visible tattoos simply to keep up appearance/high standards. That said, I don't care at all. It won't affect my enjoyment of the parks or affect whether I visit and how frequently. I live in a big city so I'm so used to it.
