How have the crowds been at WDW?

I have read previous posts that attendance has been down at the WDW parks, however I am wondering at what level of attendance (low, medium, high) have they been? I'm looking to come during Mar. 18-25th and was wondering if I'm in for long lines and waits since some sites that mention crowds in March state high volume during this time period.

Not bad, not empty

We've been to the parks 3 times in the last 2 months, and I can say that Saturday afternoons in the Magic Kingdom are NOT empty -- 45 minute wait for the Dumbo Ride.... used the fastpass a few times, but the mornings and evenings weren't bad at all. I've been when it's totally empty, and that's boring because you go on all the rides and then... well.... there's no challenge!

Epcot is especially nice because there's no big event drawing crowds. You've got more chances to get involved in street theatre, get great dining reservations etc. This is the BEST time!
