According to the wiki:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bay_Lake,_Florida

"In 2010 Bay Lake had a population of 47...."

I think I stumbled upon some of these folk's homes haha. Although these homes do not look fancy or anything, I think it would be awesome to say you live within WDW.

These houses are directly above Bay Lake and have a path to their own dock. Pretty cool.

The reason people live there is so Disney can maintain voting power in their governmental district. They're plants - carefully selected by Disney - who make sure RCID and the city of Bay Lake stay their course.

I believe those homes are basically "modular homes" (i.e. trailers with the wheels taken off). Definitely nothing fancy, but they serve an important purpose.

I am sure most of those people have paid government jobs as well (and who pays the bulk of the taxes - Disney of course)

We have a town in NJ like that, Teterboro. It has about 60-70 people living in it. The town is almost all airport. Many of the people in the town have some sort of government function (mayor, code official, etc)
