Hoop-Dee-Doo AP Discount

Sorry if this has been addressed before, but we are going to Hoop-Dee-Doo for the first time and we are AP holders. Of course, I have already paid for the meal via MDE. How do you get the 10% AP discount? Do you have to ask for it at show check-in?

We went in December and used our TIW. We didnot have to show anything but I had made the reservation over the phone where the Disney agent knew that I was a TIW holder. I don't know if that is what made the difference. Really it was a fast ticket pickup outside and I did not notice them ask anyone for any ID.

I would call the dining line and ask.

I booked over the phone when I was calling about something else entirely, and they gave me the DVC discount there and then.

But I know on a previous trip I had pre-paid and then got refunded at the show check-in desk when we used the dining plan. So I assume they refund you the discount too.
