There’s no set cadence. Could be 5 minutes. Could be 15. Keep in mind the check-in has to be done in person and that line opens a half hour before your scheduled show time. While most of the show is timed so you eat between performances, there are times when you will be eating and they’ll be performing (particularly dessert).

The buses seem to run pretty frequently, like every 10 minutes or so.
Note that when you arrive at Pioneer Hall, the line you see is probably for people who have already checked in, so make sure you go up the window first before you get in line.

We go to the show every trip we take. We've found the food and show up to par and it consistently gets rated as the best show on property. There has been changes in the performers from time to time but I haven't seen a decrease in their performance. We enjoy the seated tables on the floor. Food and drinks gets served soon after you are seated. The amount you get served has gotten smaller (Maybe in response to people saying there is too much food waste) but they do bring more as you eat and ask if you want more of anything. The servers are very quick, attentive and efficient to see that you get what you need. They interact with guests and everyone joins in.
We've never had any time issue with buses or boat to get to the show on time or when leaving. We do prefer the later show time.
