Coming down for a week in september, looking at resort hotels and the prices seem outrageously high or sold out! 600+ is too much, I saw some nights I could do at the dolphin hotel for under $200, animal kingdom lodge for sub 300, or a deal at the Waldorf for $160 + a free night. I like the dolphin for the location, but I've read some reviews thats theres some construction going on around the area?

The new Swan/Dolphin tower is under construction, but I don't think it is impacting guests of those hotels.
People are rabid and want to travel. I think everything Disney releases is getting snapped up quickly. Sept. is less than two months out.

yep, you’re good; like @aliceismad said, the construction is a cross the street so shouldn’t bother you
