None of the two, entrance of FEA should be through the clock tower featured in the various concept arts.
The castle in HK should be only a prop with no guest entry, the overhead plan of the land shows there is almost no space inside it.
Well that’s disappointing

Is the Arendelle castle in HK a restaurant as well or is it the entrance to FEA?

Pretty sure it’s a prop castle. There was a job posted a month ago.

The model for the castle just debuted for the first time in Hong Kong at the Construction Innovation Expo! A lot of really cool up-close pics as well as construction /3D modelling diagrams from Hong Kong Main Street Gazette:

For those who can't read Chinese: the exhibit mainly details how the Imagineers are using prefabricated modules to expand the castle while preserving the original SBC. Interesting to see how the castle will look with the stage and the new footbridges!

Also slightly relieved to see that the new "vestibules" on both sides of the castle only provide side entrances from the "inner" face, which may mean they won't replace the main gates as the entrance to the castle for visitors (as with Shanghai's ESC).

Last year, the press release that announces the opening of Ant-man and the wasp was published three months before the opening. So I guess the new castle will open after March (after the CNY peak season (is it still peak season this year without mainland china tourist?) and before the summer). For the shows, I think they will start with the 15th-anniversary celebration.

The castle is getting more and more magical looking. It does not have the real feeling like the Cinderella castles but sort of like an image of imaginations all put together. Will it turn out to be the best looking castle of all?

Hong Kong Ocean Park will get an HK$10.6 billion multi-year expansion plan, including Ocean Park version’s “Downtown Disney”. However, based on the concept art, none of them can be compared to the avengers' e-ticket or even Frozen Ever After.

It also said the current financial year‘s attendance may drop to 3.3 million. Anyone know how the attendance in HKDL since Oct 2019 (this financial year)?
