Incredible shots ! Would it be possible to know where you found them ?
Exciting to see that something is finally moving in the Avengers area.

Hk government record indicates the confectionery building will be named “Northern Delights” and the souvenir shop connecting to FEA will be named “Tick Tock Toys and Collectibles”

Did an edit based on the aerial image and the concept art in 2016. The size of the e-ticket building might be approximately equal to two iron man building (the right side of the backstage railroad indeed has enough space to accommodate the building).

There will be two platforms in front of the building. i believe the second level, which is in blue, is above the railroad. So we cannot see the railroad in the concept art. the entrance of the first level platform may be near the space mountain.

Right. I think HKDL is still having this Star Wars campaign until end of 2020 so the demolition of the autopia flyover, current performance stage and the construction of the avengers platform will not be started until then.

^ I'd like to hear your in-person thoughts on it and the change/effect it is having on the park feel and aesthetics? (Safe to assume you've been to HKDL when it had the old castle)
It feels very similar to the Parisian castle in terms of scale, albeit a little imposing at the back.

Since Main Street was modelled after the original one in Anaheim, the top spire is visible before entering the gates. It becomes apparent upon walking through the entrance tunnel when the spire can be seen popping up behind the Emporium. I think this ruins the grand reveal effect.

These pics were also taken on Nov 16.

Now that the castle is taller, I think it’s good to expand Main Street/castle area buildings upwards to add more layers.

Lastly, the castle looks really gorgeous from anywhere in Adventureland!
