Well to be fair, there was a lot of terrible weather last year which forced some full closures as well as limited capacity.

Ofc there is room for improvement, but I think that’s good enough
Tbh economy isn’t good in HK in recent years
Locals - the rich go overseas, the poor go north to Shenzhen
Very few people stay and contribute to the city
Many attractions in HK like Ocean Park, Monopoly Dreams (closing soon), are in fact losing money
HKDL being able to maintain profitability is already a huge achievement
