I am having the exact same problem . I tried to "steal" an avitar by right clicking on someone elses then I tried to post it and it would not work. (it said it was too large but they were using it?)Also I've tried to post pictures many times unsuccessfully.Also, in the edit options area it say that you can change you're avitar there using the ones listed below but there aren't any.

Same problem here, when I go to the area of the forum where it says list of avitars, there are none listed.
