Was I supposed to receive magical express tags & vouchers to get on the bus? I never got anything other than like luggage tags. Today is the day. What can I do?

If you got the yellow tags, put them on your luggage. You don't need anything else. If you have Magic Bands, you can use them to check in at DME at MCO. If you didn't get Magic Bands, you can still check in, it'll just take a little longer.

When you land, you can go straight to the buses. They're on the lower level of side "B", once you're on that level there are signs. You're checked bags with yellow DME tags will be delivered to your resort room.

We didn’t, thank you though. They told me to just turn the luggage claim tags them.

OK, yes, that'll work too. If I remember correctly, they'll ask you to describe your bags when you turn in the claim tags to them. They have a huge chart with pictures of different luggage that you can pick from. What I did in the past was take a photo of my bags and print it off to show them, it speeds up the process a little.

Have a great trip!

I almost learned the hard way. I booked my flights separately from my WDW vacation booking. It never dawned on me I had to connect the two. I contacted them about a month before we left, gave them my flight information and they added the Magical express to my booking.

Have done the same, but even with that, I got a mail packet with luggage tags and detailed instructions...

We usually stay at the Dolphin or Swan and every time we do stay at a Disney resort we forget to book the Express. They get us on a bus, but we are always placed on a plain white Mears bus. That was until this year, we booked it and for the first time in forever we rode a true Disney Express bus. Also, last year they didn't put anything on our door at the end of our trip, so when we went down they said we didn't schedule anything. They ended up getting us a personal ride in a town car to the airport. Even though we felt it was our fault they took care of us. Also, you have to be sure when you do get the reservation under your door for your return to the airport that it has your flight information. You need that paper to get on the bus.
