Help on return policies for pins

I bought a mystery pin pack and one of the pins came defective. Elsa came without a face. I know there’s no returns on mystery pin packs, but does anyone know if there’s any policy or exception for faulty pins?

Bring it back and show them they likely will replace it being it’s defective.

I was thinking the same thing when I read this earlier. I'd keep it, either to collect, or as a trade with special value.

This really made me think twice. Maybe I’ll keep it and buy another pack hoping I get another character or an Elsa with a face so I can have both in my collection lol

If Elsa came without a face due to a manufacturing error, then it may become of value later. But if it looks like the face was wiped off due to negligence or some other weird situation it may not be. Just something to bear in mind.

I agree. Hang onto it. Collectibles with flaws can sometime become sought after.

Yea, I have Hotwheels without wheels or the wrong car in the package, action figures missing accessories... and even if they aren't really worth more, its kinda cool to have anyway.

Use a dry erase marker and put your own face on it.

I would hold on to that. Looks like something special. Even if is not worth anything, i bet it is a very rare pin.
