Help me plan my arrival day

I just can't wrap my head around what we should do on our arrival day. This is a shorter trip than we normally take, so I definitely want to get in some park time. The way our ressies are aren't ideal, but that's how it had to work out.

Arrive MCO- 11:50 am
Magical Express to POR
ADR 1900 Park Fare- 5:35
Wishes Dessert Party- 9:20

So my question is, how should I tackle the parks this day? Keep in mind we have a 3 year old and a very laid back almost 7 month old. Hit MK, leave for dinner, go back? Epcot first, monorail to GF, then MK? Other suggestions?

I know it's going to be an aggressive first day either way, but just wondering what would be best. Thanks in advance!

My suggestion to you would be to just do MK that day. You probably will not get to the resort until sometime between 1:00 and 2:00 pm and if you have a 5:35 ressie by the time you get to EPCOT you would almost certainly have to turn around again to amke your ressie. This way it will be much easier on your kids. You also can make it a somewaht relaxing day then.

I agree to make it a MK day. It just makes the most sense. You will be getting there later in the day so lines for more popular attractions may have really long lines but you can always FP and get the less popular attractions out of the way. You will also be able to hang out at the park a little longer before you have to leave for your dinner reservations.

Plus, unless you have park hopper, you will only be able to go to MK anyway. I agree with MK regardless. Having 2 little ones myself, I would try to do the least amount of craziness. It's already enough haviing to fly that day, excitement, etc.
