My wife, 6 year old daughter, and I are making our first trip to Disney this Nov. I'm almost to the 180 day mark so I'm getting ready to make my ADR. My daughter love princesses so I would like to get the theme for her. We're on the 6 night dining plan so here's what I have so far

1. Be my guest
2. Coral Reef (I'm a saltwater fish fanatic)
3. Cinderella table
4. Ohana

I'm needing 1 more. We're looking for a place that offer both great food and great theme/atmosphere. What restaurant would u suggest?

Well, if she loves princesses, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is an obvious choice. You'll get 4 princesses which could mean less time waiting in long lines for princesses in the parks. We've only done breakfast there (which we'll be doing again next month). Breakfast buffet. All you can eat. Eat enough and you can pass on a table service lunch that day and snack till dinner.

The Frozen ride should be open in Norway by then too. The World does not fully operate until 11:00 AM, so the ride may not be open until then. So you can either get on line early (will they allow lines before 11:00 in the WS) or set up a FP for that day.

Ohhh, tough! So I would choose 'Ohana. I love it there. I dream of that meal! If I had to rank them - 'Ohana, Coral Reef, Cinderella Royal Table (it is 2 table service credits though if you are using the dining plan), and then Be Our Guest. My son loved watching the fish at Coral Reef! If you go with Cinderella Royal Table, I wouldn't go for dinner. You don't see all the princesses, just Cinderella, Fairy God Mother and mice. Or you could try Akerhaus for a princess meal. :) Great choices by the way! :)

Is spirit of aloha worth 2 credits? Is it a fun deal for kids?
What it's worth depends on how you eat (and/or drink). I believe the food is all you care to eat, but is it food you want to eat? It comes with the options of a few beers and wines in the cost of the meal (as well as soft drinks), so if you and your wife tend to have a couple of drinks with your meals then especially at WDW prices, it can be somewhat worthwhile. Factor in that it's essentially "dinner theater," versus paying the price for just a meal.

That menu do look good but I was looking for a place with a cool attraction. Was hoping the show was worth the extra credit

If she likes the Cinderella characters enough 1900 park fare at the Grand Floridian is fun. You get to see Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremain and the step sisters (who are a lot of fun). It's a buffet.

For princess interaction we've always preferred Akersus to CRT. And if you made that switch you be able to go to Hoop-Dee-Doo. We went for the first time when my daughter was 6 years old and on each subsequent trip she has specifically asked to go back.

1900 Park Fare is a good choice in my opinion. BUT since you already have CRT I would go with Garden Grill at Epcot. Its a character meal with Mickey, Pluto and some others. The restaurant rotates which might also intrigue your daughter. Also the desert is AWESOME!!

My kids didn't care for it. although they were 16, 13, and 10 at the time. I thought it was nice and the food was very good but we wont do it again since it was two credits. What I would try for 2 credits is the Hoop Dee Doo Dinner. I've heard great things about that.

Will dining at hollywood and vine guarantee us a seat at fantasmic? What time should i make reservation?
It doesn't guarantee you an actual reserved seat, just a reserved seating area for all those that had the plan. And yes, Hollywood and Vine is one of the restaurants that participate in the Fantasmic Dining Package, but you have to book it through the Fantasmic Dining Package on WDW's website. You can't just book a H&V reservation the normal way. As for timing, they usually cut it off pretty early (so don't worry about missing the show or whatever). Reservations go fast, so I'd say just take a look at what's available and choose what your family will prefer. The time of your meal doesn't have any effect on Fantasmic seating.
