Help identifying Mickey Mouse coffee cup

I have this vintage Mickey Mouse coffee cup that I can't seem to find information on. Does anyone happen to know what its called or possibly what its worth? Unfortunately it does not have any markings on the bottom.

I found a creamer with that same picture on it made in 1932 Bavaria
