Have to book 2 separate rooms to get availablility

I can book WL Standard rate/view 12-8 to 12-9 and WL Standard rate 12-9 to 12-10 but I can't book the WL Standard rate/view for 12-8 to 12-10. I would have to book two separate rooms. The system they use is so bad.

After you book them, call and have them make a note on both to link them, and you likely won't need to change rooms, just check in at the front desk for the 2nd reservation.

You can try calling and asking for them to combine them into a single reservation, we have had success doing that for our clients.

Then follow the advice posted by @DisneyJoe above.

A simple call will at minimum link the 2 reservations to where moving rooms becomes less likely and you can most likely have the reservation combined into a single one.

I had to do the same thing a POFQ one time, and they were able to take care of it at check in.
