As you may already know Fuego by Sosa Cigars on Pleasure Island is closing. After talking to the staff last night they confirmed they will definitely be turning off the lights next week and not reopening in another location. They said the site it sits on now will be redeveloped for Disney Springs but did not have any knowledge of its future.

Didn't the Disney Village Marketplace used to have a tobacco store called Pipe Dreams many eons ago?

I wonder what's going to happen to Fuego's glasstop bar. I never had a drink there but that thing was beautiful.

Oh, good to know, thank you. I don't go to the Hess too often, using the WDW transportation, and when I don't, someone else drives, and usually they're not keen on enabling my vice. The Boardwalk, on the other hand, is easily doable.

Thank you very much.

yes it's unfortunate that its closing honestly it truly did have a beautiful bar and I never found it to smokey inside thanks to its vents.

Great, now where am I going to buy (admittedly expensive) cigarettes if I run out on my next trip?
I'm pretty sure the Sosa Family store on the West Side is to remain open, so you can still buy your obscenely priced cigars (and I'll be right there with you!). Really a shame that Fuego is closing - trying to figure out where I'll be able to enjoy a decent cigar on property now.

Can you not smoke a cigar at the Sosa Family store?

I'm pretty sure they do not allow you to smoke inside but I do know that the Mizner's Lounge at GFR sells cigars and advertises enjoying them so I guess we can assume they have a veranda near by where they have sectioned it off.

Gift shops and gas stations were my go-tos. :)

I don't know what cigarettes are up to now, but I do know Disney charged way more than anyone else...but they charge way more than everyone else for everything.
