I'm sure this has been discussed but I don't feel like going through 74 pages...if I have a hopper can I get in the 1pm VQ if I started and currently in a different park? So I started in DAK and am still in DAK when the 1pm VQ drops can I get in said VQ?

No. You have to have tapped in to Epcot.

Not from AK, if you hop to EP and the 1pm VQ is still open (so would have to past past 2pm at a minimum, which has happened) then you would be able to get one, but only after you scan in to EPCOT
