I was just about to post this very question!

Unfortunately no one really knows, and Disney isn't announcing reopenings until shortly before the actual reopening date. If I had to guess I would say probably not, since Disney is still "behind" in opening regular restaurants, and special experiences like Afternoon Tea are not their priority. I hope for your sake I am wrong! I'd plan as if it won't be open, and you may be pleasantly surprised.

Another favorite activity of ours, who knows if it will be back. If it comes back it will probably be something like afternoon tea with mrs potts
