Going with 9 adults and 4 children all under the age of 6, best vacation home option?

with as many as we have going, price shouldnt be a factor, but we need to find a vacation home. Any suggestions?

Ammenities aside, we really care about location and how comfortible everyone will be in the home.

Villadirect.com is great! We have rented from them twice and have had great experiences both times! Not to mention the houses we chose were literally 5 minute drives from the disney property.
