Goals: June 6th 12th

Sorry I forgot last week's goal thread...maybe post what you got accomplished here to make up for it.

Last week I ran twice for a total of 7 miles.

My goal this week is a total of 2 training runs...distances unknown.

I have a 5 mile race on Saturday that I'd like to be well rested for.

Wednesday-RR 4 miles with hills
Thursday-Turbo kick
Friday-RLR 8 miles
Saturday and Sunday-one of these, RR 4 miles with pick up, or speed session plus 2 miles. I'm not sure which one I will do Saturday. The other I will do Sunday.

I'm finding I'm going to have to keep my goals simpler for a while. It is so hot here, and my regular job is outdoors and physically demanding, and I'm really having trouble just getting out the door to run at all. Not good, since I'm supposed to be in training for my first half!

Hoping to do 3 runs this week (sadly haven't done any yet), one of those runs to be at least 4 miles.
