There is a good hidden item in the alien scene as well, almost as the vehicle exits to the Indiana Jones scene there is a control panel readout on the floor on the left side of the vehicle which lists some of the imagineers of the attraction as crew members and what they did on the attraction as their status. Quite a few are listed as missing.... My favorite status has to be "still programming the witch".
