Gluten Free at Pop?

Hey there,
Does anyone know whether the food court at Pop offer gluten free alternatives (ie waffles, pancakes, bread and buns for burgers/sandwiches, pasta)?

All dining locations, including all quick service, have gluten free options if you ask. Not sure what the options are but you can be accomadated anywhere.
