Usually the price quoted on Disney's site includes the taxes and fees in spite of that message. Something I would love to confirm if only their site was not down.

A trick. Click all the way through on an offer. Check bottom line Price.
Now, open cart, remove offer.... . We do this all the time to check "REAL Rack" against our DVC cost, so we can update real "breakeven date".
