Anyone else here fans of the books/show?
Ive seen both seasons and I'm halfway through the 2nd book now. I know Im late on the books lol.
Just please no spoilers!

Love the series but have yet to touch the books. The wife and I go into it just as season 2 was coming to a close. We watched all two seasons over the course of a couple weekends.

Oh nice lol. Its a pretty amazing show. The books so far are even better then the show man. I got my wife hooked on the show too.

My son requested the 5th book for Christmas. Unfortunately, I had to purchase it hardcover. I also got the others used at Chamblins Book Mine (Master Yoda lives in my area, so he knows the name) so he can quickly get up to speed plot-wise, and so he will have the whole series. I hope he'll leave them behind or at least let me read it before he leaves.

I've seen both seasons and read all the books. Love 'em.
Can't wait to see some of the stuff, including some really shocking turns of events, (two words: Red Wedding...:eek: ) show up in the series.

Really shocking? As in more shocking then when the main character had his head chopped off?

They just announced that each episode in season 3 is going to be 6-8 minutes longer. Still only 10 episodes... but if you add that time up, its like we get another episode.

Also... Lee is right. Red. Wedding.

A guy i work with justs keeps saying "red wedding" everytime he walks by me. Its killing me lol

Im at the 500 page mark now in book two so im hoping to have it finished in a week or two. Then on to book three!

So very true. I noticed that he was in Batman Begins when I was re-watching the Nolan Batman movies and I immediately wanted to reach into the TV and strangle him. I have a feeling that 20 years from now he will be in the same villain category as actors such as Anthony Hopkins, Christopher Lee and Peter Stormare.

HUGE fan of the series, and if possible an even bigger fan of the books.

"Red Wedding" I am not joking, after this, I put down the book for close to 2 weeks to regroup. Never had to put a book down before, let alone for two weeks.
