free weekend in a selected disney resort when you buy a certain nuber of 7 day passes

a friend of mine told me about an offer that WDW are doing to attract more customers to the park. he said he read it somewhere that if you buy so many 7 day park hopper passes you can get a free weekend at a selected WDW resort hotel.
i was wondering if anybody knows if this is true or not?

probaly is true casue Disney is desperate for guest at this point. :-0
