What is this Free Dining plan I keep hearing about? Is it available to AP's?

sorry I dont mean to be annoying but I have a disney visa and am going to wdw from dec. 7th to the 13th, you think theyll give me free dining if i call?

Pobably not, as that is within one of the blackout periods stated on the E mail from Visa. Belle
