Arrival Dates for Free Dining are June 27 through 28, July 5 through 7, and August 29 through September 8, 2020.

Does anyone know if they will release room only discounts soon too?

Last year they released early and late summer very early in January because of SWGE, but then announced another sale late June.

Traditionally Summer promos have come out in the Spring with AP rates to follow. But recently they changing everything up. Best sign that room only and AP discounts are coming is when the Disney Visa promos are dropped. Usually within a week or two you get the room only and AP.

Their pricing strategy would be to have no discounts at all. With all the things happening at WDW for Summer 2020 there should be no discounts being given, but there are.

The context:

Some travel industry contacts I still have indicated there was a mandate given in 2018 to “hold the line” on pricing for forecasted soft years in 2019 and 20...bridge years

Price fluctuations in those years have always been important factors in holding prices in check some for consumers...

The strategy is gonna work..it’s great for the bobs and awful for us

The thing that surprised me was the resort availability. I saw French Quarter and Pop both included in some of the July dates I was looking at this morning. That was unusual. Pop has been increasingly difficult to get and French Quarter was always tougher. Marie
