WOW! Called right at 7:00AM... Phone wait time is already being stated at 30 minutes!

Sat on hold for 40 minutes and nothing, hung up and called again and finally got it after 35 minutes!

Total length of call, including hold time, was 38 minutes.

Pretty easy to change over an existing ressie (30% off Mod. resort PIN and DDP out of pocket) to full rack rate with free dining. Saved over 200.00.

I'm just glad we had already made all of our ADRs!
