Our family has gone to Walt Disney World for 40 years and have noticed the offerings at some of the hotel restaurant is not what they used to be. The buffet at the 1900 Park Fair/Grand Floridian used to be very grand indeed with a huge selection of items that included the a carving station of prime beef. When i lloked at the menu last year it as not on the menu. We have found similar situations at the Clambake at the Beach Club. Has anyone else seen this as well?

Yes. It is getting more expensive and the food choices have gone down. There has been a big decline since they instituted the dining plan.
