This happened to us a couple years ago when we were on vacation (not at Disney we were at Yellowstone). It was kind of weird having someone dish up my buffet food, and I kind of felt like a pig when I asked for more of something but I suppose it is cleaner. I did like all the handiwipes that were handed out t when we were on the Disney cruise, but I still used my hand sanitizer too!
