Florida residency

I never considered this but our family has a home in PCB. I pay the Comcast bill and wife pays utilities. If I change a billing address of credit card to the house does that qualify us for Florida resident discount?

Info for Proof of Florida residency can be found here:

So based on your statement:

Proof of Current Mortgage
You may use a monthly mortgage statement from within the past 2 months; it may not be more than 2 months old. Deeds, mortgage contracts, mortgage payment booklets and leases are not accepted.

Bills, Policies or Registration
  • Current homeowner's insurance policy or bill
  • Current automobile registration, insurance policy or bill
  • Current Utility bill (power / phone / cable / water)
  • Bills can be no more than 2 months old (P.O. Boxes are not accepted as proof of residency)

House has been paid off for 30 years. I think the utility bills would suffice then. It’s just confusing when they say any rather than one of.

Honestly I have found as long as you have the credit card going to the Florida address and a bill you can get the discount on the annual pass. However if you just want the room discount you just have to use the FL address credit card online. (This is from experience I had in December)
