First time renting

this is our first time renting points. We have friends that are renting us enough points to get a deluxe studio standard view room, but my parents are coming as well so we are using a rental site for their room. Can I put both reservations in my name or should one of my parents be the lead guest on the one reservation?

Thanks, I am getting confused with hotel reservations and dinning reservations and fast passes and MDE. I think I got it now though.
