First Time in Planning

Could someone please advise! My husband (4th trip)and I (3rd trip to WDW) are doing the planning for a 10 adult family trip Sept 02. He and I would like to take care of the rooms (will need 3 at PO-R) so we can be sure all members will be able to go. Our family has Disney Club membership. Should we ask other family to spring for membership per family unit so we can have the advantage of their room discount or is there a better way to obtain a discount on rooms? ANY advice is welcome! Thanks!

How do you think I found a way to get back there a second time? I saved a fortune!

When I had to book 2 rooms together, CRO gave me the discount for both rooms. They didn't even ask if the other party had the required discount. (although, they did anyway)
I used an AAA discount the first time and AP discount for this trip coming up.
Actually, I've never gotten a good rate with the Disney Club card!
Ask for the AAA discount and if it's really good, book the rooms and then go get an AAA card. It's worth it!
