If you have to make reservations for it, then it's useless. If not, good idea. We need COUNTER service now, not TABLE service if you ask me.

Agreed. At the very least, since it sounds like this is a table service place, there needs to be a Yak/Yeti like counter service window. All they need to serve is a few different slices of pizza and maybe a salad or pasta dish and they're set. Hopefully this will be the case. :shrug:

Venetian architecture....So, like the rest of the Pavilion? Cool, but I would have loved to see some Roman Ruins.

Totally agree, if it will be a table service, they need a side counter service. We are dying for some new counter service venues in Epcot. Especially something as easy to eat as Pizza! I get tired of grabbing a pretzel in Germany.

I think you read it wrong. It says Florentine architecture . So it will be a different style.

Sounds great! A couple of thoughts though. One, why didn't they try and utilize space at the front of the pavillion, like at water's edge, similar to Mexico's Cantina? The location is okay, but it just seems to me that much space is wasted at Epcot by not utilizing more space along the water for eating and viewing the night-time shows. Second, why doesn't Epcot build more table service restaurants with good water/lagoon views? It's such a beautiful park, and the lagoon has one of the best night time shows. It just seems to me that a few restaurants that had big views of the lagoon would make for some great evening meals. Perhaps someday in the future if any additions are ever made to World Showcase or any of the pavillions are ever re-done, they could build or change a couple of restaurants that would overlook the lagoon.

No Disney Park, but especially Epcot, is ever complete.
