First Christmas trip

Just returned from a 7day trip to the world and it was truly magical,probably our best trip ever.Everything just seemed to go right from low to medium crowds to short wait times and great food.Now to the report new stuff first.The fantasy land expansion is great voyage of the little mermaid is super but be aware the fastpass machine is by philharmagic not by the ride.Food here is also wonderful the pork shanks at gastons delicious.The be our guest quick service is beautiful inside,the food is good and it's actually more of a sit down than quick service.You order at a register then you sit down and they bring your meal to you.Also the meals are on actual plates and silverware plus free refills on your drinks.but you must git there early and be ready to stand in line.Now on to test trak i really enjoyed the new version,for me and my family liked it better than original.The que seems to move faster even with the design your car feature and the fastpass was walk on for us.But overall the trip was great most things were working only thing that was'nt was the yeti.The wait times were less than 20 minutes mostly and fastpass was walkon. We rode every ride at least twice,saw every Christmas show and parade and we were not rushed at all.Like i said overall a truly wonderful trip sitting here now planning our next trip and looking at purchasing DVC.One last note we also got the cowboy scene in the great movie ride have'nt seen that one in years.Also rode star tours 3 times and got 3 different scenes. HAVE A MAGICAL DAY​

Sounds like you had a great time. Have fun planning your next trip! The anticipation of the next trip can be almost as much fun as the trip itself (or at least it makes the end of the current trip a little easier to take. )

You did have a Magical trip. We were down there 12/8 to 12/15 at OKW and had a wonderful time. Love seeing the Osborne lights and the Candlelight Processional. Glad you had fun!

we arrived dec.14 checked out dec.20. however checking in a couple days earlier would'nt be bad because wed. and thur. seemed to be the lightest days.and yes the wait times were awesome even though they said 20 min. it was usually less.

Sounds like you had a good time. Good to hear. We were down from the 9th to the 13th at BLT. We had a great time. We love going down during the Christmas season. The crowds and wait times were great. Even with the Fantasyland Opening. I would recommend that time frame to anyone who was considering making the trek for the Holidays.

I agree that the new Test Track queue and ride are great.
