February 2020 - When to go?

We are looking at planning a short trip in February 2020 before a longer stay for then 50th in September/October 2021 in order to see some of the new things that have opened since our last visit in September 2016, including 3 new lands and 3 new nighttime shows, and the Festival of the Arts.

We are looking at staying at Coronado Springs with free quick service dining, as it is the only moderate that we are yet to stay at.

We have three main options available to us that are all roughly the same price.

Given that money isn't a differentiator between the options, which of the three would you say would be the best option, given the weather, US School Holidays, Presidents Day, Valentines Day and Marathon weekend.

Would we get more done during the 8 day holiday even if the parks were busier, or would we be better with the 7 day option?

Flights are daily, so don't need to do a complete week Monday-Sunday, but which week would be the best to focus on?

February is my favorite time of year to go, given the cooler weather and lower crowds. We sometimes go during our Mardi Gras Break but the date changes every year.

On the year it coincided with Presidents’ Day, it was a bit crowded (for Feb.) but nothing compared to spring break/summer crowds. Marathon weekends are about the same.

I would say earlier in the month is probably better for light crowds, but you can’t go wrong going in February.
