I love Animals so if I had to pick just one then I'm going with
Kilimanjaro Safaris. Maybe one day I will have the luxury of going on a real Safari in Africa but until that happens, this is the next best thing.

Another vote for Splash Mountain. I really like that it integrates traditional Disney dark ride animatronics with a thrill ride, and does it on such a grand scale.
