For snacks, mine like the frozen strawberry lemonade. It was cooling and refreshing. It also helps with hydration. That was their go to snack always. We really did not do much snacking otherwise. We would eat smaller meals more often. For example, we would order one or 2 adult meals at the counter service restaurants and share it. That gave us more breaks to sit down and cool off. We found that to be a better strategy than to keep eating junk all day.
