Some things I ( and my family love):

-Phylicia Rashad's intro to "Dinosaur". She's got that perfect uber-professional tone that is just hysterical to me. The way she says "CON-tinue" just cracks me up for some reason.
-the music in the lobby (line) of ToT. It's just immediately transporting to an era gone by.
-the almond pretzels in Norway. We love getting these as a treat, usually before illuminations :)

So many other things, I could go on and on but those are what comes to mind right away.

  • The closing announcement at Studios.
  • The stairs in the Polynesian lobby.
  • Ellen hitting her teeth with the electronic pen in Ellens Energy Adventure.
  • Vera Lynn singing in the ToT queue.
  • The nook above the lobby entrance at Wilderness Lodge.
  • The music in the new Test Track queue.
  • Watching people exit Space Mountain.
  • All the shreeks when the big woosh comes before a giant wave at Typhoon.

  • All of the little phrases in the TTA narration ("Paging Mr. Morrow, Mr. Tom Morrow....")
  • Ambience of Tomorrowland at night
  • Glowing tiles at Epcot
  • Smell of the A/C :D
  • Just the general feeling of your ride vehicle bouncing along the track, particularly Omnimovers
  • Smell of the water rides, of course!
  • The back of Cinderella Castle at night (I know that's a weird one, but for some reason I really like the back of the castle, especially the look inside through the glass windows above)
  • Animal Kingdom at night, I just love the atmosphere
  • The empty, desertedness of the Transportation and Ticket Center at night after a full day at Magic Kingdom or Epcot, feeling accomplished
  • Music loops playing at all the parks
  • And way too many others to list, as I'm too tired to remember the others! :p

Wow this is one of those threads I'll have to continue to come back to, not only to continuyally post things I think of that I love but to read all of your loves. It really is the little things that make the parks so magical isn't it?

The Disney Must-Dos with Stacey on the resort channel. We watch those non-stop when at our room!

Our grandsons, started watching her at a very young age. They both had a "crush" on Stacey.

I'm a grown man and STILL have a crush on her. Yes I love watching her and her promo for the parks when we get to stay in a resort.

Also love the way things are lit up at night. The look of Main Street and Tomorrow land. The lights on the ground at EPCOT. Gets to me every time. I love all the little areas as well with rocking chairs that are kind of hidden away but not really where you can sit and relax and just people watch.

I love the two lanterns in the window in Liberty Square from the famous quote, " One if by land two if by sea".

I love look on the faces of the children who are just having a blast. And the look on peoples faces after trying the Beverly in Epcot.

Do they do something special?

The departing group form a conga line along the main pool's edge and do a nicely choreographed line dance to the music to celebrate the "end of their day" with kids and (and some older "kids") joining in.

Addition to my earlier ones: The evening flag retreat at MK. Few places do this any more, love that they involve veterans and it's refeshing to see that the CMs NOT even involved directly know what to do.

I always like to keep an eye out for the obscure/older characters. It doesn't happen often, but I love it when you see a character from Robin Hood, Song of the South, or what have you.
I always have to seek out Donald in Mexico though, so it's not all obscure for me.
