Fandom and/or Industry Term For "Realistic" Disney Attractions?

The rides that I connected with as a child and that keep me going back to Disney are the more "realistic" rides/attractions in the park. For example, the Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, The Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, Big Thunder Mountain, Carousel of Progress, Swiss Family Tree House, Tom Sawyer's Island, etc.

Is there a term that we in Disney Fandom use for these attractions vs. the Animation-IP based attractions like Peter Pan, Splash Mountain, Little Mermaid, Dumbo, etc?

And perhaps one that is more enthusiastic/positive for this class of rides, other than simply "Non-IP"? It would be a shame if the great "realistic" attractions had to be tied to the IP nomenclature.

If a term doesn't exist, can we come up with one? Maybe something like Original Themed Attractions OTAs? Or something else? Any ideas?

I had forgotten about this post!

@mergatroid, is "FGR's" a real thing? I"m thinking you're kidding...F'n Good Rides, maybe? haha

But really, is FGR an accepted term for these types of non-IP rides? If not...man it would seem strange that after all these years there isn't an established term!

In his highly-regarded book Theme Park Design, David Younger divides theme park attractions into categories based on their approach to storytelling, with “New Traditional” being the category where things are supposed to be pretty much exactly as you see them (thus requiring the least suspension of disbelief). Most of the major attractions at Animal Kingdom fall into this category, for example. Galaxy’s Edge does, too. This categorization is not related to whether they are based on an IP, but instead is entirely about the level of realism (that’s why Pandora and Galaxy’s Edge are in this category, as is Indiana Jones Adventure at Disneyland).
