All Disney resorts get Extra Magic Hours.

As long as your staying at a disney resort you can use EMH, no matter what level (value, moderate, or delux) I highly reccomend it! We traveled in may 2006 and the lines seemed really long as first (right around park closing), but as soon as non on site guests left we walked onto everything in MK!

What about the Cypress Pointe Grand Villas?

All Disney owned and operated resorts participate in EMH. In addition, Shades of Green, the Swan and Dolphin, and the Hilton at DTD participate.
No other resorts do.
